Paradise Found at 1688 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, Florida.

Walked in at 530pm. One gal was in the store, laying on a mattress playing on her phone. She never got up, ignored us. Walked over, asked her a question, do you work here? She says "speak no english." Continues on her phone. My husband laughs says. Yea, you are the only one here minding this store, I KNOW you speak English. She glares at him and says it again, never moves from her mattress position, just continues playing on her phone. She needs to be FIRED! I know all the international students that come here on the student work visas speak English, and most of them are EXCELLENT employees. This one needs to go and give the job to one who will appreciate the opportunity. Review the store video and dock her pay accordingly. You don't get paid for laying down on a mattress playing on your phone. You get paid to WORK!

Absolutely rude customer service. Both girls working followed us around like puppies. As soon as we picked up merchandise they insisted that we check out because they were closing at 7:15p. Checking out wanted to get a press shirt done and lady at counter stated it took 15 minutes to warm press up so she would not be able to make shirts. So future reference company should probably change hours listed on website to actual hours of operation. Staff is awful and no manner nor respect towards customers.
